Payment terms for approved credit accounts:
Our Terms are NET 30 DAYS from date of Invoice.
Please Pay by Invoice as they become due.
Past due accounts will be notified, first by phone call and then by fax to
the property and management company.
Past dues are subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month (18% annual). If
a Lean has to be filed with the County Clerks Office these charges will be
added.
Cash flow is the life blood of all small companies so PLEASE pay your bills
on time - we have to pay our bills on a timely basis too.
Payment terms for retail public and non-approved account:
credit card,
cash or check only!
Billing errors
All Invoices are subject to verification audit. Appropriate
debits or credits will be applied to all accounts. We do our best to make
sure our invoices are accurate but we still write them by hand so they are
subject to human error.
Pricing
All pricing is subject to change without notice. The
manufactures and wholesalers are constantly making changes.
Our prices to you are directly related to our cost.
If you need accuracy to the penny (as for a P.O.#) please call us to verify.
Orders will be priced according to price in effect at time of shipment.
Taxes
Sales taxes are added to invoices current rate is 8.25%.
If tax exempt, a valid tax exemption certificate must be on file.
Delivery
We do our best to get things to you the same day or the next
day after you order. Screens take longer because all orders are custom
built.
Small orders to distant customers may take a few days.
In some cases we may elect to send orders by mail.
We appreciate your
help in placing reasonably sized orders.
Claims and Returns
Please make all Claims as soon as possible. All returned
merchandise must be in original shipping cartons and in new condition for
resale. Electrical Heater parts are not returnable. Custom made items such
as Window Screens and Patio Door Screens that where not measured by us can
be corrected only at your expense.
Special Order Items are not returnable without Splash Gordon’s permission. A
restocking fee of 15% to 25% may be applicable.

Warranties
All Warranties are from the Manufacturers and subject to
their terms, unless otherwise specified in writing. We, as a Vendor, make no
warranties or representations as to the workmanship, performance, quality,
durability or fitness of any product.
A completed and verified
credit application must be on file before we can conduct
credit business.
